Scan the tag
The QR code on the bag tag opens the league's claim page. No app, no login, no setup.
Claim the award
A parent picks the team and game, enters the player's name, and confirms by email. One claim per award slot, guaranteed.
Redeem locally
The reward email lists offers from nearby businesses. Show the confirmation code at the counter and it's done.

Every tag in a production batch shares a stable QR tied to one league program. BagTag validates the selected team, scheduled game, and available award slot, while the league tracks batch quantity, distribution estimates, claims, and redemptions.

Duplicate claims are impossible by design. The database itself guarantees a single verified claim per award slot, so two families never fight over one tag.

Local businesses apply through a link from the league, add their locations and offer, and agree to clear terms — no account required to start.

Families redeem at the counter with a confirmation code. Staff confirm on the spot, and every redemption is recorded once and only once.

Sponsors and businesses get their own dashboard: scans, profile views, rewards issued, and redemption rates — aggregate only, never a family's data.
Built around kids, so built around privacy
- Public pages show a first name and last initial by default. There are no player profiles to browse.
- Photos and video are never published on approval alone. A league has to explicitly publish, and a parent can withdraw.
- Parent contact details are encrypted at rest.
- Families can look up, correct, or delete their own data at any time.
